Rich has worked for over 32 years in the financial services industry. He began his career on Wall Street with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1990 where he advised CFOs and Boards on capital raising, M&A and going-private transactions.
Rich has a global perspective having worked with clients in Europe, Asia and The Americas.
Focusing on leveraged finance, Rich has experience across the credit spectrum originating loans, leases, rentals and consumption-based financing structures in the Equipment Finance industry.
As a trusted advisor to CFOs and private company owners, Rich has experience across a wide range of industries embracing technology by helping them understand how best to finance new technology in their businesses.

He has participated in thousands of transactions and has been responsible for well over $500 million in technology funding.
His understanding of creative financing (loans, leases, consumption, and subscription billing), accounting treatment, and the secondary equipment market is the cornerstone of his ability to help clients reduce the costs of using technology.
Jim’s goal is to challenge finance executives to think about their capital needs in terms of equipment use and asset lifecycle.
